Each NEW 15 Piece Carpet Kit is made to fit any e10 BMW 2002 or 1600 produced from 1967-1976. The 15 piece carpet kit came standard in the early 2002's, until the factory tried to save costs by going to a one piece molded unit in 1974. The 15 piece kit will fit early and late model cars and is a nice improvement to the single molded unit.
These carpet kits have been professionally crafted from an OEM Pattern, and are hand made with vinyl binding and bonded polyester stitching. We are in constant production of Black, Tan, Dark Blue, and Grey Kits, and additional colors can be special ordered. The automotive carpet used is a loop pile made from 100% Nylon for longer wear, and will not fade like similar kits made from a blend. Nylon is also great for resisting stains, and very resistant to harsh chemicals often used in cleaning products.
We now also offer a Black Cut Pile Kit, which has a more luxurious look and feel, and is considered to be more plush than a loop pile.
UK carpet kits for right side drive vehicles through out Great Britian, Australia, & New Zealand are also available! We offer them in all the same colors, and of course there are no pedal cut outs as the RSD vehicles have a hanging pedal box.
Upholstery shops and "do it yourselfers" have been very happy with the ease of installation and the quality of cut and fit. The driver floor pedal section is precut, and special attention has been made to the stitching for a great fit for the 2002 floor pan.
Sorry, we currently only offer kits pre-cut for the manual transmission model. If you have an Automatic, we can make you a kit with no pedal cut outs allowing you to custom cut your brake pedal to the exact location. We should have a solution for this in the near future.
The price for the Carpet Kits are listed below and vary by color and pile selection. The shipping in the Continental US is fixed at $19.95 for Insured UPS Ground. Also, if purchasing a Trunk Kit, or other products, they will be boxed and shipped separately from the Carpet Kit to avoid a heavy oversized shipping surcharge by UPS.
